At Elisiano Dermatology & Aesthetics, we are proud to offer a Direct Specialty Care healthcare model, giving us the ability to deliver concierge medical care, with our patients needs at the center of everything we do. This innovative approach eliminates the complexities of insurance and government healthcare programs, allowing us to focus on delivering personalized medical and surgical dermatology care.
The Direct Specialty Care model prioritizes the unique needs of each patient over the limitations imposed by insurance companies. Before your visit, the entire process will be clearly explained, and a comprehensive price list is readily available to ensure there are no surprises. Our commitment to personalized care means every patient receives an individualized health plan tailored to their needs. At Elisiano Dermatology & Aesthetics, we restore the meaningful patient-provider relationship that fosters trust, understanding, and exceptional care.
With this model, patients enjoy longer in-office visits, fully transparent pricing, and a truly individualized care experience. By paying a reasonable fee at the time services are rendered, patients often find that this approach is more affordable compared to traditional insurance-based care. Our advanced EMR system also produces a comprehensive insurance reimbursement form contain all of the ICD-10 codes from your visit to allow you to submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider given you have private, out-of-network coverage. Please note, any patients with state or government insurance holders including, but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid (MassHealth), VA, etc. are not eligible for out-of-network reimbursement and the government requires these patients to sign a written agreement that they acknowledge they are responsible for the fee of their medical visit and are aware they not eligible for reimbursement. This will not impact your pathology, laboratory, or pharmaceutical coverage and your plan will cover these services as dictated by your insurance plan.

Major Dermatology visit
$349
Examples of a major dermatology visit is a comprehensive visit with any of the following, a full or partial body skin exam, multiple skin issues, hair loss, acne, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, rashes present in multiple areas, visits that require pathology, procedures, etc.
Minor Dermatology visit
$249
Examples of a minor dermatology visit are one straightforward concern including checking a concerning spot/lesion (this is not a full skin exam), cyst, warts, rashes localized to one area, etc.
Follow up
$149
A follow up appointment is an existing patient that has previously been seen by in office by one of our providers and needs extended care, similar to medications that require labs or monitoring, change in plan of care, medication refills, kenalog injection, etc.

You will be notified at your visit if additional variable fees are applicable; ie. skin biopsies, sutures, excisions, surgeries/procedures, cautery, liquid nitrogen destruction, pathology/laboratory fees, acne/cyst injection, etc.
no show / cancellation fees
At Elisiano Dermatology & Aesthetics, we value your time and are dedicated to providing exceptional care. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients and respect everyone’s schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation/no-show policy. A $50 deposit will be taken on all medical appointments. If there is a change in your plans and you are unable to make your appointment we kindly ask you to give us 48 hours from your appointment time to reschedule. If you do not cancel or reschedule within this time frame or no show your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. Please note, multiple no shows will result in you being discharged from the practice and will no longer be able to be seen.
