Patricia Siano, MSN, BSN, BA, APRN, FNP-C is a highly experienced and compassionate Dermatology Nurse Practitioner with over fourteen years of dedicated practice in providing exemplary healthcare services. Her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others through dermatological care has earned her a reputation as a trusted and respected healthcare professional. Driven by her passion for helping others, Patti pursued a career in nursing, graduating with honors from American International College. She then continued her education, obtaining a master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences graduating as Valedictorian and the top of her class, further solidifying her expertise in the field of dermatology.

With over fourteen years of hands-on experience in dermatology, Patti has honed her skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. Her depth of knowledge and clinical acumen enable her to provide personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. Patti is committed to maintaining an emphasis on the overall health and wellness of patients and families with a focus on managing, evaluating, diagnosing and treating cutaneous conditions and diseases in dermatology. She is extensively prepared through her advanced education and clinical training to deliver outstanding care to patients of all ages with a wide range of skin conditions. These may include acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, as well as more intricate cases like bullous diseases and melanoma. Patti focuses on addressing the unique needs of every patient by creating customized plans to enhance heathy, radiant skin. Her main focus is on delivering outstanding care for issues that impact patients throughout their lives, emphasizing the importance of helping individuals feel comfortable in their own skin. Patti’s patients appreciate her thorough approach to diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan, as well as her empathetic bedside manner.
Patti’s dedication to ensuring that all aesthetic clients receive the best possible treatment has led her to take on the role as a national clinical trainer for Lutronic Aesthetics. LutronicAesthetics is a prominent provider of cutting-edge aesthetic and medical laser technologies. In this role, she shares her expertise with healthcare professionals across the country, providing training and education on the latest advancements in dermatological treatments. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, AMSPA, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and is dedicated to treating patients with various health care needs with a focus on promoting a comprehensive approach to medicine.
Throughout her career, Patti has remained committed to professional development and staying abreast of emerging trends in dermatology. Her dedication to lifelong learning ensures that she provides her patients the most advanced and effective treatments available. Patti is a true advocate for dermatological wellness, and her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does. With her expertise, compassion, and commitment to excellence, she continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients and the community at large.
Beyond her clinical and educational endeavors, Patti is deeply involved in community outreach programs aimed at promoting skin health awareness and prevention. She volunteers her time to provide educational seminars and screenings, further demonstrating her dedication to serving others. In her free time, you’ll find her traveling the world with her husband Nick, making new memories with her family and spending time with her two boys Wesley & Jaxon and dogs, Tucker & Elliot.
